Dreadful online service. Website confusing re: size ordering UK/US and couldn't go back to check what has been purchased once payment details confirmed. Realised in my confirmation email I ordered the wrong size and attempted to rectify it immediately but was told that even though it hasn't been dispatched you cannot change order, have to wait to receive them, then return it for money back. I was then also offered a discount if I wanted to place another order now, which really felt like a scam

Took my money and went AWOL when trying to return some items.Took my money and went AWOL when trying to return 2 pairs that were the wrong size.i am really surprised, that the customer service is so poor for a company that is well known. (No return label was sent in the original delivery- very strange) I really wished i hadn't bought from them directly and had used John Lewis.This is the worst customer service ever! Like everyone else i submitted the online return and nothing was sent to my inbox. I then emailed customer service and nothing has been done just an automated email. I have emailed them again and then this time i didn't get an automated email , i got nothing back. Just silence. It is against the law what they are doing i will be spreading the word and rest assured i will get my hard earned money back!

This is one horrible company, I ordered crocs for my daughter 1/12/22 and no sign of them as yet! I spoke to live chat people - 2 of them, each one giving me different "answers" . They do charge people a lot of money for the shoes - crocs and delivery and customer service are so poor! I emailed them- automatic reply says that somebody should get back to me within 24-48 hours, nobody got back to me! It looks like my little daughter would be disappointed this Christmas, where am I going to get the same style and size crocs in so little time now? I will never shop with them again!

We returned a pair on Feb 1st. The tracking reciept said they received the parcel on Feb 8th, however come March 1st I had still not received a refund so contacted customer services, who told me they were proceeding with the refund. Two weeks later I contacted them saying the refund had not been received, however the very rude advisor Petar said he had issued the refund and nothing more could be done. I waited another week, and yesterday contacted them through live chat. The advisor insisted it had been refunded on march 1st, and told me she would contact PayPal for me to get confirmation. The next day, I finally received the refund- they obviously had not processed it earlier.

I ordered one pair of shoes in January, because of brexit and pandemic, it did not arrive after two months, I contacted the customer service, they put a replacement order for me, which was dilivered in 3 days. Great customer service.

I have experienced nearly all of the problems other 1 star reviews have made. Ordered M10 from UK site, received M11, far to big. When querying am told M11 USA is equivalent to M10 UK. Ordered on 7th Feb received on 17th, and before receiving got an email asking me how I am enjoying my new crocs ???. Contacted customer service several times but either they do not read your query or do not understand. Wanted to buy present for granddaughter, where my billing address would be different to shipping address. Nowhere on their site is the facility to have this, and when asking for assistance I was told if I put the correct shipping address my crocs will be delivered, nothing about a different billing address. When I returned the incorrect sized crocs received I had to do so at my cost as I live in Ireland. Absolutely awful company and like others have mentioned I would never, ever buy any of their products again. Stay clear of this company.

The policy to not be able to cancel a product or amend a product whilst it is being processed is crazy. I had wait for my product to be shippped to then perform a refund which was extremely time consuming and a waste of resources.


Pretty much had enough of this company now, ordered well over two weeks ago and I've had nothing but trouble it took a week to process the order and have been sat in transit ever since. Asked for refund but refused until they turn up then once I return them I will be refunded. Just stay well clear of this company I wouldn't recommend nor ever use this company again (ever) Just a quick update too. Easiest and by far the quickest way to deal with a refund from them don't listen to the return tags nonsense they go on about just go straight to your bank I've been waiting over two weeks for my order went to my bank this morning and within the hour its been dealt with. Crocs have managed to built a bit of a bad reputation for themselves. Just honestly do not not bother wasting your money and the hassle of getting it back they will try every delay tactic but my bank got it back in less than a hour.... they will tell you it needs processing, securing, and releasing it doesn't its just all lies In a attempt of you to give up

Crocs are ok, just make sure you order the correct shoe size.There are regular discounts to be had online, keep checking the website if there’s something you want and you’re not in too much of a hurry to buy, you could save up to 50%.I’ve not had any problems with delivery and the postage is free.

Ordered 14/12 and received item (meant as Xmas present) on 30/12. Good product but pretty poor communication and delivery times.Three stars is probably too high but compared with some other retailers that didn't deliver at all (hello Pricelulu), I'll take whatever I can get in 2020.
